What is a "BER"?
A "BER" or "Building Energy Rating" is a label for a property which indicates the energy rating of the property. Properties are rated from "A" to "G" with A being the most efficient and G being the least efficient. The better rating a property receives the lower the annual fuel bills will be for that property.
