When you purchase a newly built property or carry out works to an existing property it is critical to have the works properly snagged before you take ownership. Once you have taken ownership it is extremely difficult to get any defects rectified by the contractor.
On a newly built property or extension we will carry out a full independent survey of the works. We will then provide a report which will include all defects and non-compliances within the property. If necessary we can re-survey the property upon completion to ensure compliance.
